Thushantha is a Post Graduate Diplomats in Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and has an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University in United Kingdom. He is recognized as Certified Professional Marketer by the Asia Marketing Federation and also recognized as a Certified Professional Manager by the institute of certified professional Managers of Sri Lanka. Thushantha has been a member of American Marketing Association since 2014 and also hold the ordinary Life membership of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing

Thushantha Siriwardena has been serving for several industries in the last 16 years. He is a model with diversified experience in FMCG, Consumer durable and Industrial marketing. His journey in marketing begins in year 1999 as a sales representative and since then he progressed his career achieving many milestones. During his 15 years of sales and marketing career he has actively taken part in the development of business of Ceylon Essence and beverage Company Limited, H. Don Carolis & sons Limited, Ceylon Weighing Machines Limited (Agent For Metter Toledo Switzerland & Avery UK) and ABL (Channel Partner for Henkel Adhesives Germany, HB Fuller Adhesives USA & Loparex USA & Parasrampuria India).  He has held various designations in his journey as Sales representative, Sales Promotion Officer, Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager, Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager.

Thushantha currently as a Senior Brand Manager of ABL have been exposed to Multinational working Environment in the last 6 years as ABL had been the channel Partner for Henkel Germany and currently the channel partner for HB Fuller USA, Loparex USA and Parasrampuria Engineers India. He is responsible for the business of Sri Lanka and Maldives and has extensively traveled overseas for visiting Trade fairs, Seminars, Sales conferences, meetings and Customer visits in Maldives, India, Indonesia and Singapore.
